Tangerang (Banten) [Indonesia], August 12: Chinese automotive brand Chery is showcasing five premium and luxury cars at the 2022 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show held from Aug. 11 to 21 at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition in BSD City.
The cars on display are TIGGO 7 PRO and TIGGO 8 PRO, as well as EQ-1, marking Chery's return to the Indonesian market, following other Chinese automotive brands Wuling and DFSK.
"With the theme Chery Beyond Advance, we want to show Chery's spirit, the soul of the company's entire strategy to serve consumers," said President Director of PT Chery Sales Indonesia Tao Yong on Thursday.
TIGGO 7 PRO and TIGGO 8 PRO are luxury business class cars, with a capacity of seven passengers and high-tech configurations suitable for urban lifestyle.
The company offers pre-booking of the TIGGO series with a particular program of up to 10 years of engine warranty for consumers in Indonesia.
Chery has 20 outlets in Indonesia, which will grow to 70 in the coming year.
